"IMPROVING MANAGING & ORGANIZING SKILLS TO ESTABLISH INDEPENDENT MECHANISM PROPOSAL FOR PUBLIC BUSINESS UNITS" COURSE OPENING CEREMONY

From July 6th till 7th 2018, SDTC was successfully holding the "Improving managing and organizing skills to establish independent mechanism proposal for public business units" training course.

Participants include leaders from Binh Thuan provincial public service departments and public business units; presidents of district-level People Committees; heads of medical public business units; public senior high school principals and their chief accountances; heads of division in Departments of Medical; heads of vocational education and training centers under district people's committees' authorities.

In this course, trainees were provided with knowledge in specific topics: independent directions and legal bases, establishing independent mechanism proposal for public business units skills and knowledge, the facts in running an independent mechanism, sharing independent mechanism administrating experience from TDTU.

After the training course, trainees are expected to be able to complete their independent mechanism proposal for public business units such as their workplace; understand directions and legal bases when practicing independent mechanism.
