REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE TRAINING COURSE

According to the Decree No. 153/2007 / ND-CP dated October 15, 2007 of the Prime Minister, "since the date of January 1st 2009, every personnels and organizations participating in real estate trading are obliged to be certified with training courses for brokage, prive valuation, managing and administrating a real estate market.

SDTC from Ton Duc Thang University took the chance and designed a training course for real estate brokage based on the outline from Ministry of Construction. The training course started from August 14th 2018 and received positive recepts from trainees.
