The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) and the Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University accompanies nearly 20 girls in the project “Sustainable Social integration for Girls in an Independent Social support facility through the development of self-leadership skills and strengths-based careers"

On the morning of November 18, 2019, Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in collaboration with the Department of Home Affairs - Quang Ngai Province held the opening ceremony of the training course "Fostering soft skills for provincial and district civil servants” at the Hall of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry - Quang Ngai branch office.

From August 27 to October 11, 2019 Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University held 6 courses on "Pedagogical skills; teamwork and independent working skills" for students who are experts, engineers, skilled workers ... of EVNHCMC's member units at Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation. Each course takes place for 06 days.

On the afternoon of January 23, 2019, the European Institute of Cooperation and Development (IECD) (France) visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The meeting was attended by Dr. Tang Huu Tan, Director of TDTU Social Development Training Center (SDTC), Mr. Thomas Thomas Behaghel, Director of IECD Southeast Asia Branch and some representatives of two units.

In 03 days from October 30th till November 1st, Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University joined hand with Gia Lai Province's Department of Internal Affairs and successfully organizing the "Office culture, professional ethics and manners regulations fro commune-level office workers" first training class for the heads and commune-level office workers in Gia Lai province.

Để tiếp nối chương trình khóa học “Bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ cán bộ công đoàn” đợt 1 diễn ra từ ngày 10/9/2018 đến 11/9/2018, Trung tâm SDTC – Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng đã phối hợp với Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh Bình Thuận tiếp tục tổ chức đợt 2 của khóa học này, diễn ra từ ngày 04/10/2018 đến 05/10/2018 cho đội ngũ cán bộ Công đoàn tại Bình Thuận.
