The introduction ceremony of the cooperation project between SDTC and the EU JUFF Fund 

On the morning of June 29, 2019, the Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with the Labor Confederation of District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City to organize a ceremony to introduce the project "Helping to access education and health services for migrant workers and their children in Ho Chi Minh City” at the Hall of Nguyen Huu Tho Secondary School.
The opening ceremony was attended by 
-Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thanh - Head of Children and Gender Equality, Department of Labor -Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City. 
- Mr. Duong Ngoc Tuan -Director of the City Youth Social Work Center of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.
- Mr. Pham Dinh Nghinh - Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh Children's Rights Protection Association. 
- Mr. Ngo Xuan Dong - Head of Education and Training District 7 
- Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyen - Chairman of District 7 Labor Union, ... and many other delegates from social labor units, education, health care, trade unions, industrial parks/export processing zones, and workers in the area
In order to encourage community involvement in the project, SDTC also signed a memorandum of understanding with local partners during the event, including the District 7 Labor Confederation and the City Youth Social Work Center
The project “Helping to access education and health services for migrant workers and their children in Ho Chi Minh City” is one of 14 projects funded by the Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF) to implement in Vietnam. The goal of the project is to contribute to improving access to education and health services for migrant workers and their children in areas with industrial parks, export processing zones, and accommodation areas in Ho Chi Minh City with specific activities: Communication to raise awareness, training to enhance the capacity to access education and health services, and accompanies to access education and health services in Ho Chi Minh City.
