Organizing "The role of trade unions under the impact of industrial revolution 4.0" Course at the Confederation of Labor of Soc Trang province

Within 2 days, on October 26^th and 27^th, 2018, the Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with the Confederation of Labor of Soc Trang province successfully organized the course “Role of trade unions under the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 ” for members of the Trade Union Executive Committee at higher levels; Grassroots Trade Union Presidents / Vice Chairmen, etc.

The objectives of the course aim to:

• Helping Trade Union organizations familiarize themselves with the industrial revolution 4.0 and how to build a management system following the standards, improving professionalism and efficiency in operating the organization.

• Helping the Trade Union organization understand their role in representing and protecting the interests of employees through activities, mobilizing employees to proactively approach the Industrial Revolution 4.0, improving qualifications and skills expertise to adapt to the changes of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

With active teaching methods, teachers gave many case studies for groups to discuss, creating an exciting and lively classroom atmosphere. Especially, the performance of Nao Robot of Ton Duc Thang University brought learners many surprising and interesting things about the ability to interact, identify and communicate with people of this technology.
