Opening training course "Fostering soft skills for provincial and district officials" in Quang Ngai in 2019

On the morning of November 18th, 2019, Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in collaboration with the Department of Internal Affairs - Quang Ngai Province held the opening ceremony of the training course "Fostering soft skills for provincial and district civil servants ”at the Hall of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry - Quang Ngai campus.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Ha Van Tinh - Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Department of Internal Affairs; MSc. To Nhi A - SDTC Rapporteur and together with more than 60 students are cadres, civil servants and officials at the provincial and district levels of Quang Ngai province.

The training course takes place in 03 days (November 18 - 20, 2019), the course aims to help students apply communication and behavior skills effectively in their work, improve their skills, motivation to work for yourself and your colleagues. In addition, improving the skills of defining goals and analyzing tasks, tasks to realize and apply them in reality. As soon as, understanding and developing a reasonable and effective job description for positions at your unit. From there, students can easily make comments assessing the level of work completion by each assigned task of the staff correctly.
