ORGANIZING "ENHANCING WORK PERFORMANCE" TRAINING COURSES FOR EVNHCMC'S EMPLOYEES

From June 19th till July 13th, Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - from Ton Duc Thang University organized 3 training courses about "Enhanching work performance" for trainees from leading positions and specialists,... from branches of EVNHCMC. Each courses ran for 3 days.

Goals of the training courses were:

• Experience and solutions to enhance work performance from Vietnam and other countries around the world workshop.
• Guiding trainees with knowledge and professions on the topic.
• Motivating techniques to apply with trainee's workplace in the time of market economy.
